HCPC and RCOT registered. I have extensive experience in the area of Mental Health including conditions such as Depression, Anxiety, Psychosis, Autism and ADHD. I have experience in the private sector and NHS and have been working in the field for over 15 years. I provide interventions focusing on Anxiety and Stress Management and Graded Exposure. Additionally, I provide Full Functional Assessments with recommendations to support Adults and Young People to live a fulfilling and healthy life.
